Visit Part 2
Paul David with a wonderful dirty mouth! I did not know it was so dirty until I was looking at these pictures!
Our Little Family...someone was not too happy!
Kendall loving on her Paul David! She just loves him the whole time we're there!
We always have such a good time while we're visiting my parents! We always come back full of everyone's love! This time was extra special because we got to see our good friends, Judd, Michelle, and Sara (actually, Sara's been down here with us last week, rode home with us for the weekend, and came back with us!) We love to see them, but never seem to do it enough! We also got to see my friend Krystal and her kids! Also someone we love to see, but never enough!
Astros Game!
On Tuesday night, our friends invited us to the Astros Game! They had great seats, and it was right down the Concourse from the Squeeze Play (kid's area!) After a couple of innings, we let the boys run around awhile and took some pictures!
Paul David and Colton lounging in the Club Level!
"Put me in Coach!"
Two little buddies trying to keep up with one another...and get away from their Mamas!
Thanks for the fun night, Bryanna, Chris and Colton! We had so much fun!

Does This Look Comfortable?
I went in to check on Paul David, and found this:
That just couldn't be that comfortable! We moved him back, and his legs weren't even that stuck! He could have gotten them out for sure!
On This Day in Our History-Catch Up!
It's been a while since I did an On this Day in Our History. There was about a week where nothing happened that I could find that I had documented...I'm sure stuff happened though, just not newsworthy! Then, LIFE got busy and things got pushed to the side. So I'm here now to play catch up because some fun stuff happened!

I had two friends that had babies a day apart! Fun, fun! They both turned ONE this year! Happy Birthday, Aiden and Griffin!

1996-My first trip to Alabama! I went with Krystal, Jason and Krystal's brother, Will! We stayed with their Aunt, Uncle and Cousin. What fun we had? We almost ate some really yucky Mexican food...the kind you order by number by looking at pictures hanging from the ceiling. We settled for Taco Bell if that tells you anything! Then on the 22nd, we wanted to go to the zoo-this next picture shows how that started:
Krystal made this sign and would show it to people driving by! It said, "WE ARE LOST! WHERE'S THE ZOO?" Their cousin, who lived in Birmingham, was driving...a little wildly, if I remember correctly! We finally made it to the zoo, but I don't remember anything about it! Maybe Jason, Krystal or Will can enlighten us!
The two things I do remember about this trip was: 1) when we stayed up late listening to their cousins police scanner. We were able to hear phone conversations, and one night we thought we might be eavesdropping on an affair taking place...oooh, risque! and 2) I had the best time! It was so much fun spending time with Jason and Krystal, and this was actually the first time I had spent a lot of time with Will. This was when Will and I really became good friends, and I'm so thankful for that friendship!

How Do You Like My Makeover???
As you can see, the Blog has gotten a new look! My friend Amy did this for me, and it is just too cute! All I told her was baseball and sent the picture! I think she captured us perfectly! The best part is she loaded it all there for me. I just went to it this morning, and there it was! Thanks, Amy!
If you're interested in a Blog Makeover, let me know, and I'll send you her information!

Our Vacation!
Beware: This is about 8 posts long! I've tried to minimize the words, and add just a few pictures from each event...so hard to only add a few. We went to Austin on Sunday for lunch at The Salt Lick, then went to a Round Rock Express Game Sunday night. Monday morning, we headed to San Antonio and spent most of the day at Sea World. We had a great time and really enjoyed spending this time with our Paul David. I hope you enjoy seeing our pictures and hearing about our big adventure!
First stop: The Salt Lick in Driftwood
When you get to The Salt Lick, you sign up, then you WAIT! There are always a ton of people there. Luckily, your wait is pleasurable because you have picnic tables to sit at, sometimes there's live music, and always a bunch of kids to play with! There were some kids playing football, so Daddy had to go get Paul David's out of the car before we had a football thief! They did share, but Paul David wouldn't give it back!First stop: The Salt Lick in Driftwood
Our cute little family at Salt Lick.
Daddy and son playing football!
More Salt Lick
Paul David just had a blast playing football!

Now, let's talk about the food here at The Salt Lick. We had the brisket and spare ribs...mmmm, my mouth is watering again! And the potato salad is to die for. It has their BBQ sauce in it, and it's warm. It's yummy! Oh, I made myself sick on it! It is the best BBQ, and the best atmosphere! We always have the best time when we go out there...and out there it is! It seems to take forever to get there...probably because you're starving on your way there. You shouldn't go to Salt Lick unless you're starving!

Express Game
We've been wanting to get back to Round Rock for an Express game for some time, now! This was Paul David's first trip there, and he loved it! The Stadium, Dell Diamond, is really nice and very fan friendly!
Paul David got a glove from the Express...it was a kid's giveaway. He played with that thing all night! When we walked in, he kept saying, "Baseball" over and over again. Then when we sat down, he started the "Charges," which sound like "ARGE." He doesn't miss one either! He even got a couple in while we were in the parking lot as we were leaving.
I love it when stadiums have picture opportunities like this! So cute! Our Little Slugger! I found it because it was right by the snow cone stand where you buy your ice in the snow cone shape, then pick which flavor you want and help yourself. The kids were getting ALL the flavors, all 16 of them. I stuck to Tiger's Blood and Strawberry. How clever is that? MMM, I love myself a snow cone!
Oh, yeah, the Express won! Yay, Express!
