Christmas Morning!

We had a fantastic Christmas Morning...Judson slept from 9:00-5:00 without waking to scream...that in itself was a Christmas Miracle!

He really didn't know what to think about all the new stuff in the living room. Most of it was just some of Paul David's old toys that we cleaned up and put out. Believe me, he got plenty of new stuff, too!

So, Paul David's wish list was:
Football Kneepads
Football Hands (which are sweatbands)
A Big Goalpost
Hard Helmet (which he already has)
Hard Football (which Paul took care of before Christmas by airing up one of his other footballs)

So, he gets into the living room, and goes right to the Better Batter Baseball Thing Santa got him, never even noticing the Big Goalpost. One of the balls finally landed over by it, and he says,
"Whoa, A Goalpost!"

Then, we had to move it over by the hallway because you know that's the tunnel where the Longhorns run out:)

Judson chewing on a toy...

The only picture I got of the two of them:

Paul David's Baseball Hands...or batting gloves, whichever you prefer:

Judson's new squeaky shoes for his next football season:

YAY...football Hands...this pose cracked us up!

KNEEPADS

A mouthpiece, too:

Judson and his silver rattle...we got Paul David one for his first Christmas, too.

Here's the Better Batter Baseball...it is so cool:

Judson and his Leapfrog table that's not a table yet!

His first Christmas...so special and so sweet:

We had a great day of just hanging out and lounging. We had a yummy breakfast casserole for brunch, and then BBQ for dinner! It was a great day!

Christmas Eve

Our Family of Four

Before bed, our bear read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas to us:

A view of the living room after Santa visited:

Paul David left his diapers, cookies and Milk for Santa:

Santa replaced his diapers with Big Boy Underwear, and we started Potty Training Boot Camp on Sunday. It's not going too well, but I'm not giving up this time. The diapers are GONE!

Papa and Shay's Little M&M's

When we're in Harleton, the kids have two places that's guaranteed to have a continuous supply of M&M's for them...Papa's shop and Shay's coffee table! They LOVE it, and my mom found these t-shirts for them for Christmas. How cute is this?????

Kendall was the girl M&M with eyelashes and all...soooooo cute!

Paul David's was orange because well, that's just the color of choice around here!

Preston's was yellow because he LOVES the peanut M&M (like his Aunt Candice:) and the peanut M&M package is yellow:

Judson's is blue because he's the baby boy, but I didn't get an individual picture of him because he was DONE with the whole picture thing by this time.

The shirts have their names on them, too! Such a great idea!

Christmas Eve Morning

Nana and Papa's Santa arrived Christmas Eve Morning! Paul David had a ton of fun with that Mickey Raceway!
My mom had thought of getting balloons for the kids, they were soooooo cute:)

The boys each got a Texas Longhorn scrapbook, but I was WAY more excited about it than they were!

Judson sporting his new hats to cover his little ears!

Yay for Corner Brownies!!!!

Judson had so much fun rolling around on the floor and chewing on things!

Paul got a Longhorn Snuggie...is it the year of the Snuggie????

We gave Mother the Pioneer Woman's Cookbook...I can't wait to peruse it when we're up there!

Daddy got some new Catfish Skinners...he was pretty excited!

Paul David got a Doctor's Kit that he was so excited about!

Bow Baby...the only bow I'll ever get to accessorize with!

We had such a nice morning with my parents! We ended our trip with PIZZA KING! OH, yeah! We've even got Paul David asking for it now when we're there!

Mother of Four?????

On Wednesday morning, April had to work and my mom needed to help clean out their shop that they sold, so I volunteered to watch Preston and Kendall for the morning. Paul was doing a little work, but he was there in case I needed him. Well, it was a cinch to keep all four kiddos! Judson was the hardest of all, and I'm already used to that!

So here are some fun moments from the morning.

Paul David wanted some applesauce while Judson ate. I sat it on the table and turned around to find him sitting in this little chair at the table. It made me and Kendall laugh:

Kendall is such the little mommy...she fed Judson all his breakfast! So sweet!

My four kiddos for the day:

Preston...the big 6 year old:

Kendall the sweet girl:

Judson, the happy baby:

and Paul David having a rough moment:

We had a good time spending time with Preston and Kendall. When I fixed their breakfast that morning, I opened a new gallon of milk. That evening when we fixed their milk for dinner, two-thirds of the gallon was GONE...those kids went through some MILK!

Polar Express 2009

After a busy morning on Tuesday (we took pictures with the Legoudes'...I'll post them soon), we headed north to ride the Polar Express. Paul David's been talking about it all week, and he's been watching the movie since last Christmas.

They announced that the train was arriving...so they started watching:

Here it is!

Paul David and his ticket...he was so proud:

Finally on the train:

Hot, Hot, Hot Chocolate...

Here we've only got one rule...never, ever let it cool!

Foster had a great time on the train:

Paul David getting his bell from Santa:

Judson with his bell:

Santa with Lily and Foster:

Lily talked about the Hot Chocolate all the way there...this was her favorite part...you didn't even have to ask:)

Our "chef" wanted to hold Judson so badly...she even took off her hat, but he wanted NOTHING to do with her! Maybe next year!

With the Engine...my face is HILARIOUS...not quite sure what I was thinking there:

Papa and Judson:

What a great night!!! Paul David and Judson were so lucky...they had all their grandparents together for the night! So much love for these little guys!
