The Zoo With The Piks

Last Friday, we joined The Piks at the Zoo!

We started at the Dinosaur Photo Op:

We love going to the zoo with Amanda and her kids. We just take our time and walk and talk. The kids have a blast together...so fun!

One of our stops was to see the 3 week old Elephant, Tupelo!

The kids spent at least 20 minutes on this elephant statue...so funny:

At the playground, Judson was a daredevil of course. Before I knew it, he was coming down the twisty slide:

The zebras were up close to the fence...awesome!

Before we headed home, we all rode the train...choo, choo!

It was a super fun day, but we really missed Coleman...stinking school!

Matching Brothers

I really like dressing the boys alike these days. They have several shirts that are the same, and well, I love to dress them in them while I still have some say in what they wear. Even sometimes, they're not wearing the same thing, but I'll dress them in coordinating colors JUST IN CASE I get a good picture of them together...I want their clothes to kind of go together. I know...I'm weird. I really do dress my kids for the day with thoughts of pictures in mind...WEIRD!!!

Anyway, I dressed Judson in this adorable plaid shirt that was Paul David's and wondered if Paul David had a shirt that would go with it. HE DID...and it was cool enough for jeans (oh, how we miss those days...so you can gather this was a couple of weeks ago!) They looked SO CUTE, so I got out the camera to get some pictures before we left for Bible Study!!!!

So, I picked up Judson at the nursery, and his teacher (who was Paul David's MDO teacher last year) says, "You have to take their picture together today. They match so well!" Check!!!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

We went to the Pumpkin Patch on Thursday with our Pumpkin Patch Friends, the MacTavish Family! Tiffany and I taught together, and she had Kane already when we got pregnant with Paul David and Sailor. Paul David was due on Oct. 3, and Sailor was due on Oct. 7...I think. Anyway, he was born on the 4th and she on the 5th...less than 24 hours apart! Then, I had Judson in June of 09, and she had Piper in February of 2010. Lots of Kiddos!!!! We always go to a local church's Pumpkin Patch because it's close and free and small and FUN!!!

Before I get to the pictures I took in 2010, I wanted to go on a little walk down memory lane...
