Baseball Season BEGINS!

 This Spring, both boys played in the same League!

Judson played Tball on the Angels!

 Paul David played Machine Pitch on the Giants!

They both had great first games!  We're looking forward to a fun season!!!!

Happy 7th Birthday PAUL DAVID

 The night finally came that we put our 6 year old to bed for the last time...

 and he woke up a big SEVEN year old...

 He was so excited, and we gave him a little gift before heading off to school:

 A NINJAGO T-shirt!!!

I had thought he might want to wear it to school, but not so much.  Fridays are Spirit Wear, and apparently, there are perks for students who wear their Deerwood Shirts to school (lining up first, etc).

After school, we invited some of his friends to the park for cupcakes.

He was so happy, and he had so many little friends come to play with him!

 

 He was so blessed by many gifts from his sweet friends...lots of Legos!!!

That night, Paul David requested Cheeseburgers with Daddy's Homemade Buns...YUM!

For weeks/months, Judson has been telling Daddy a secret...the same secret everytime "Let's get Brother a Princess Dress for his Birthday!"  It makes Paul David SO MAD...yes, he can hear it...four year olds are not very quiet when communicating a secret!  So to play along, I borrowed a princess dress from Tammy, and we got it all wrapped up!

He goes from super excited to NOT AMUSED in no time:

We finally convinced him it was a JOKE, and he was pumped to open the rest of his gifts!

Birthday Celebration with Cousins

 We went to Harleton for the Weekend before Paul David's Birthday, so we had a little celebration with his cousins while we were there at Oakland Heights!

We even managed to get a pretty good picture of the 7 Clark Cousins:

 I brought some cupcakes for us to share, so we sang Happy Birthday to the Big SEVEN year old!!!!

 And the kids had some FUN playing in the gym:

 We also had fun with the Lego Masks...Charleigh on the other hand, DID NOT LIKE the masks AT ALL!

It was fun to be able to celebrate with Cousins and so began Paul David's BIRTHDAY WEEK!!!!

Longhorn Vs KState Game

We went back to Austin for the KState Game!

It was a beautiful evening for football, and we got there really early.  We decided to go to the Fountain to see the Tower and take some pictures and let the boys run around and play a little before the game!

We had gone to the Co-Op that morning and found this cute Longhorn Pedal car!  Game Day at the Co-Op is a fun time!

Walking to the Stadium, then once inside.  The top right picture cracked me up...two peas in a pod!

My friend, Lindsay, is from Kansas and went to KState, so they came to Austin for the game, too.  We met up before the game to snap a quick picture!

The Game was AWESOME, so we had some fun with some pics!  The Longhorns pulled out a WIN, so we were all a little pumped!!!!!

On Sunday, we headed out to Salt Lick...

Longhorn Game vs. Ole Mis

 After Judson's t-ball practice, we headed to Austin for the Longhorns Game against Ole Miss!

It was another hot, sticky night and the Longhorns weren't able to pull it out against the Rebels:(  It was not a great night for us, but we did enjoy our time in Austin of course!
